The information we collect
Depending on how you use NoFault, we may collect:
- Eligibility assessment answers (for example, whether you were at fault, whether the other driver is identified and insured, accident timing and your postcode);
- Contact details (name, mobile number, email address);
- Vehicle details (registration, year, make, model and damage description);
- Accident details (location, date, a description of what happened, and third-party insurer or claim number where you provide it);
- Technical information such as device, browser and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not ask for your bank account details as part of the initial enquiry. If you become an approved customer and a $500 NoFault Reward becomes payable, we will collect your nominated bank details securely at that later stage.
How we use your information
- To assess your preliminary and formal eligibility;
- To contact you to verify your details and confirm eligibility;

- To improve our website and services, and for analytics;
- To send you marketing communications where you have consented (you can opt out at any time).
Sharing your information
With your consent, we share relevant contact, vehicle and accident information with participating repairers where necessary to assess your eligibility and arrange accident repair services. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, communications and analytics providers), and where required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
