Last updated: [INSERT DATE]. These terms are an MVP starting point and are not legal advice. Please have them reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
These $500 NoFault Reward Terms ("Reward Terms") apply to the $500 NoFault Reward offered by [INSERT REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], ABN [INSERT ABN] ("NoFault"). The reward is NoFault's accident-assistance bonus for eligible customers who successfully complete a qualifying repair through NoFault. It is not legal compensation, insurance compensation, damages or an insurance payout.
1. Who may qualify
The reward may be available to a customer who: (a) submits an eligibility enquiry to NoFault; (b) is formally approved by NoFault following verification of their details; and (c) proceeds with their accident repair through a participating NoFault Approved Repairer arranged by NoFault.
2. Formal approval required
A preliminary eligibility result is not approval. Only customers who are formally approved by NoFault, after our team verifies their information, may qualify for the reward.
3. Qualifying repair
The repair must be a "qualifying repair": an accident repair referred and arranged through NoFault and carried out by the applicable participating NoFault Approved Repairer. Repairs not arranged through NoFault do not qualify.
4. Successful completion
The reward is payable only after the qualifying repair has been successfully completed and finalised with the participating repairer. If the repair does not proceed, is cancelled, or is not completed, the reward is not payable.
5. Reward amount and payment
The reward is AUD $500 per qualifying, successfully completed repair. It is paid by bank transfer to the customer's nominated Australian bank account. It is not store credit, a voucher or a discount.
6. Timing
NoFault aims to pay the reward within [INSERT NUMBER] days after the qualifying repair is confirmed as successfully completed and valid bank details have been provided and verified. Timing may vary.
7. Correct bank details
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete bank account details in their own name. NoFault is not responsible for payments delayed or misdirected due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
8. One reward; duplicates and referrals
Only one $500 reward is payable per qualifying, successfully completed repair, unless NoFault agrees otherwise in writing. NoFault may decline duplicate, split or artificially structured claims for the reward.
9. Fraud and misrepresentation
NoFault may withhold or recover the reward where information provided is false, misleading, or where fraud, misrepresentation or misuse is reasonably suspected.
10. Cancellation and non-completion
If eligibility is not confirmed, the repair is not completed, or the customer withdraws, no reward is payable. NoFault will not, however, unreasonably withhold a reward that is otherwise validly earned under these Reward Terms.
11. Verification
NoFault may verify eligibility, the repair and completion with the participating repairer and other relevant parties before paying the reward.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the reward is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes and governing law
NoFault may vary or withdraw the reward offer for future customers on reasonable notice; changes do not affect a reward already validly earned. These Reward Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. [CONFIRM JURISDICTION WITH YOUR ADVISER.]
