These Eligibility & Service Terms describe how NoFault’s accident assistance service works. NoFault is an independent accident repair referral and assistance service. We are not an insurer or a law firm.
Preliminary vs formal eligibility
The online eligibility check gives a preliminary result based only on your answers. It is not formal approval and does not determine legal fault. If you pass the initial check and submit your details, our team aims to contact you within 24 hours to verify your information and formally confirm your eligibility.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Eligibility and services depend on the accuracy of what you tell us and on verification.
Consent to share information
To assess your eligibility and arrange repairs, you consent to NoFault collecting and sharing your relevant contact, vehicle and accident information with participating repairers where necessary. See our Privacy Policy.
No legal advice or fault determination
NoFault does not provide legal advice or legal representation and does not decide who was legally at fault. If you need legal advice, please consult a qualified professional.
Services and availability
Services such as vehicle collection and a replacement vehicle may be arranged for approved customers, but are subject to your circumstances, eligibility and availability, and are not guaranteed in every case.
Costs
For approved, qualifying matters there is no upfront repair cost to you where your matter proceeds through the applicable participating repairer arrangement. This is not an unconditional statement that every service is free in all circumstances; specific arrangements are confirmed with you and depend on your matter. NoFault may receive a fee from participating repairers when a referred customer proceeds.
The $500 NoFault Reward
The reward is subject to the $500 NoFault Reward Terms.
