What NoFault is
NoFault is an independent accident repair referral and assistance service. We help motorists who were not at fault in a road accident by coordinating their journey and connecting them with participating independent repairers that meet NoFault’s standards. NoFault is not an insurer, insurance provider, law firm, legal representative or claims management company, and we do not provide insurance or legal advice.
Eligibility checks and results
The eligibility assessment on the Website provides a preliminary result based only on the answers you give. A preliminary result is not an offer, a guarantee, or formal approval. Formal eligibility is confirmed only after our team verifies your information. NoFault does not determine who was legally at fault for an accident.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will be found eligible, that any insurer will accept or pay a claim, or that any particular service, replacement vehicle, collection or outcome will be available. Service availability depends on your circumstances and applicable criteria.
Repairs and third parties
Repairs are carried out by independent participating repairers, not by NoFault. The NoFault Approved standard reflects NoFault’s own repairer requirements and is not a government, insurer, manufacturer or independent certification. The Website may link to third-party websites, which we do not control or endorse.
The $500 NoFault Reward
The $500 NoFault Reward is subject to separate $500 NoFault Reward Terms and applicable eligibility criteria.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Website lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Intellectual property
The NoFault name, logo, the NoFault Approved mark, and Website content are owned by or licensed to NoFault and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoFault is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
